House rules

Check-in:

We welcome our guests between 5 and 7 pm. If you would like to arrive at a different time, please call us on +32 473 83 32 45 at least 24 hours before your arrival to discuss the possibilities.

Check-out:

Check-out is possible until 11 am.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served between 9:00 and 10:00 AM.

A fresh, extensive, and varied breakfast is provided daily. Vegan or vegetarian options are available, as are variations to accomodate allergies and intolerances. Please let us know before your arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Payment:

After your reservations is confirmed, we ask a down payment of 50%.

The remaining balance will be paid on site using debit card, credit card or cash.

With last-minute bookings we ask to pay immediately upon arrival.

COVID-19:

The cleaning of the rooms is done according to the strict guidelines imposed by the COVID-19 safety protocol for B&Bs and is of course carried out with the greatest care.

Other house rules:

Minibar and free water available in every room.

The consumed refreshments will be settled at check-out.

It’s not allowed to smoke in the B&B.

It’s not allowed to bring pets.
